Terms of Service
Payment
Full price will be confirmed before starting; minimum 50% must be paid before I start
The remaining balance must be paid before I send over the final full-resolution drawing
PayPal will be used to send invoices and accept payment
No refunds
Revisions
After initial payment, I will send the client low-resolution screenshot updates on my progress (usually 2-5 times). During this time, the client can request edits at no additional cost
However, if the project requires more than 5 impactful edits, I may need to charge for the additional time
When requesting edits, please take your time and be certain with revisions. If I am frequently being asked to revert changes, I may need to charge for the extra time.
Upon completing a commission, I will allow last minute minor revisions (at no cost)
Revisions after a project has been deemed completed are allowed, but will be an additional cost
Artist's Rights
All my art will contain my signature, which shall not be removed under any circumstance
I reserve the right to refuse a commission. I am a SFW artist, however minor gore and horror themes are OK. If you are unsure whether your request is safe, please feel free to message me and ask!
I retain all rights to my artwork, and may use the commission as a portfolio piece or post on my social media
If you do not wish for your project to be in my portfolio/social media, please let me know
I will not resell the commission without permission from the client
I do not permit anyone to use my work for NFTs or any AI-related matters
Client's Rights
The client has the right to use the final commission for personal use, including posting on personal social media websites, personal profiles, and print (again, as long as it is personal use only)
If the client wishes to post their commission on social media, they must visibly credit me
The client may not edit, reproduce, or resell the artwork in any way, unless I have given written permission
It may take up to 3 days for me to respond, thank you in advance for your patience.

Listed prices are my usual estimates. Price may vary depending on: complexity, background, extra characters/familiars/pets, rush jobs
Designing a character from scratch (little to no reference provided) will be an additional fee

What program/tools do you use?
> I use Clip Studio Paint and an Intuos Pro drawing tablet
> I use mostly the default brushes + free brushes from Clip Studio's asset store, and a few other random free ones I've collected and combined over the years
What is your turnaround time like?
> 3 days to 4 weeks; depends on commission type, correspondence time, and how many other commissions + freelance work I have at the time
Can I request multiple/additional pieces?
> Of course! I do not place a limit on the number of commissions one wishes to purchase, but I may ask you to wait for me to finish other commissions before I continue to work on your other commission(s)
I want a group of characters for my commission, is there a limit to the number of characters I can add?
> I prefer to keep it to a maximum of 5, though I am open to more.
Can I post my final commission on my social media?
> Yes! I just ask to please visibly credit me
Can I use your art for my own D&D characters?
> Short answer, no
> Long answer, since most of my posts are other peoples' characters from commissions or my own personal characters, I don't feel comfortable allowing the use of them. However, you are free to use them as inspiration!
Can I use your work for _____? You will be credited for it!
> No. Please do not use my existing work for any sort of use
> If you would like me to design something, you can hire me. I do not do free work, other than for announced giveaways.
